How I Found: Sometimes we forget our own grief. Just put our heads down and go, and it takes a memoir to make us look up, painful as it may be, and realize we are not alone. No matter how your grief comes, it comes from those you love most whether they cause it or its cause is their loss. Through learning to deal with both as she learns about bees from her grandfather, Meredith May reveals that,  “On a deep level the bees were teaching me the importance of taking care of myself.”
